Product Brief Introduction
Sintered Neodymium permanent magnets first appeared in the 1980s'. They are produced by powder metallurgical process. They are widely used in motors, speaker, sensors, toys, electronics and many other fields. NdFe14B is the main element in Neodymium and gives Neodymium strong magnetic power. In fact its maximum RH is more than ten times that of Ferrite. Neodymium has good machinability properties and can work well at temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius. Since sintered Neodymium easily rusts, usually coated with such metals as Zn, Ni, NiCuNi, Au, Sn, gold or epoxy .
Main Features
Produced through the process of powder metallurgy
Its main chemical composition is Nd2Fe14B
Low rust resistance ability, so generally surface treatment required
High magnetic surplus, high coercive force, high magnetic accumulation and performance
Easy to be processed with many sizes and shapes
Widely used in many areas such as motors, speaker, generators and many other fields
